Biography:

Jennifer Naylor is the Chief Commercial Officer at Thirty-5 Capital. In this role, she is responsible for business development, marketing and sales of Thrity-5 Capital and its subsidiaries. Jennifer has over 20 years of experience of developing strategic plans and executing strategy to achieve company growth targets.

Previously, Jennifer worked at Cantel Medical as a Senior Vice President and Hu-Friedy Manufacturing as the Chief Commercial Officer and Executive Vice President. She spearheaded strategy development that drove new product innovation, education and marketing initiatives. She served on the OSAP Board and Foundation Board and was named one of the Top 25 Women in dentistry and was named one of Crain’s 2020 Notable Women in Manufacturing.

Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Masters of Business Administration from DePaul University Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
