Biography:

Maureen Cole is the Chief People Officer and Chief Legal Officer at Thirty-5 Capital. Maureen is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience partnering with business owners to design and implement workforce strategies that drive bottom-line results and employee engagement. Maureen focuses on organizational development with significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, due diligence and integration.

Previously, Maureen was the Vice President of Global Human Resources and Assistant General Counsel at Hu-Friedy Manufacturing where she was responsible for HR strategy and execution. She was a key team member managing merger and acquisition activities including diligence and integration while focusing on organization design. Additionally, she served as an attorney at The Patterson Law Firm.

Maureen received her Bachelor’s of Science and her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
